Step 03 of 08
We build your marketing package
The Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and the blind teaser are the two documents that decide whether a serious buyer keeps reading.
The teaser is a one-pager — no company name, no address — that goes out cold. The CIM is what a qualified buyer sees after they've signed an NDA: 15-25 pages, structured so a banker, a strategic, or an individual buyer can each find what they need without scrolling.
We write both for you, working from the questionnaire data, the comparative analysis, and a short interview about what makes the business special. You review and edit; we don't publish anything until you sign off.
